We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive the early stages of the sales process for our Compliance Solutions. You will be the first point of contact for potential customers and play a key role in building a strong and qualified sales pipeline. Proactively identify, engage, and qualify prospects across multiple channels (Phone, Mail, LinkedIn, Conferences etc.).
Conduct initial discovery calls to uncover customer needs, position our solutions, and seamlessly handover qualified opportunities to Account Executives.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and other teams to achieve shared pipeline and revenue goals.
Maintain accurate records of outreach activities in our CRM to support pipeline visibility and forecasting.
First experience in sales or business development, ideally in a B2B or SaaS environment
Proactive, curious, and self-motivated, with a hands-on approach to outbound and inbound activities
Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
