Description This position ensures gospel teachings, resources, and services are made accessible to all in a simple and affordable way. The Print Specialist will work under the guidance of the Inventory Manager to execute print plans aligned with departmental needs, as outlined by the Product Manager. The role plays a critical part in ensuring that printed materials meet quality standards, are delivered on schedule, and are procured at cost-effective prices. It requires excellent communication skills, the ability to manage multiple projects and vendor relationships effectively, and a strong interest in the print production industry. Responsibilities Serve as the primary contact between the Church’s administration and external print vendors throughout various projects Review and approve print proofs and samples to ensure compliance with organizational standards and product specifications Collaborating with the Inventory Team to align print production with product timelines Monitor vendor performance and address any issues related to print quality, delivery, or service Research and recommend new materials, technologies, and process improvements in print production Maintain accurate documentation of print specifications, vendor agreements, and quality control records This part-time role is designated for business coverage during afternoon operations. Qualifications Bachelors Degree preferably in Digital Media and Print, Apprenticeship at a printing house or other formal education in the print industry Minimum 2 years of proven experience in print production, including management of multiple projects on tight deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with inventory or ERP systems Strong understanding of print materials, processes, and quality standards High command of the English and German languages Availability to work during afternoons
