WHAT YOU WILL DO
* Providing 1st level support for ERP topics
* Serve as the escalation point of contact for in-house users
* Close collaboration with ERP end users, ERP specialists and other IT teams
* Understanding reported issues, triaging new incidents and prioritizing created tickets
* Focusing on user needs and finding proper solutions
* Solving reported issues, independently and in close collaboration with 2nd level support
WHO YOU ARE
* Degree in Business Informatics, Economics or other comparable qualification with atleast 2 years of experience in working with Service Desk and providing user support
* Strong Experience in working with MS Dynamics NAV/Business Central
* Basic understanding of business processes (finance, sales, purchase, inventory, warehouse management)
* Ability to understand user requirements, prioritize and manage multiple tickets
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, German is a plus
* Experience in working with agile environment, SCRUM, JIRA, Confluence, MS Office
