About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supplier Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for systematically evaluating and qualifying our global supplier network regarding scalability/growth, cost efficiency, delivery reliability, resilience, and sustainability.
* Develop strategies to support MED's global growth strategy through effective supplier management.
* Analyze suppliers' processes and KPIs to identify areas for improvement.
Your Skills & Qualifications
To succeed in this position, you must possess:
* 5+ years of experience in supplier management/development with a strong background in procurement professionals.
* A deep understanding of Lean-Methods such as Lean-Manufacturing 5S Gemba Six Sigma CIP Kaizen SMED Total Productive Maintenance Value Stream Mapping.
Experienced in supplier audits deriving reliable measures to improve supplier performance Excellent communication skills capable of animating diverse stakeholders fostering collaborations implementing best practices driving continuous improvement Service oriented capable of bringing strategic vision hands-on contribution achieving goals Fluent English preferable German or French language proficiency required your employment prospects including recruitment preferences corporate annual reports any business company start-ups official hr contact has been removed
