The Commercial Director will lead the transformation of the commercial activity into a high-performing multi-channel engine.
* Key responsibilities include:
Day-to-day management of Sales department and teams:
* Steer people, plans, and processes for optimal performance.
* Coach and grow sales teams (shop and telesales).
* Develop telesales maturity and result.
* Assume responsibility for commercial results.
* Oversee commercial investments (sales acquisition costs, remunerations).
* Manage commercial planning and timelines, as well as commercial strategy.
* Manage and grow commercial journeys and associated customer experience.

1. Think, build, and run plan to transform and scale commercial activities.
2. Develop a top-performing commercial engine fuelling further commercial growth.
