Overview:You will be responsible for developing and executing effective planning and procurement strategies to ensure timely and cost-efficient fulfillment of customer orders. This role oversees the planning tasks of supply chain from sourcing to delivery, coordinating between European local warehouse operations and overseas supplies to optimize stock availability, order accuracy, and supply chain responsiveness.Responsibilities:1. Develop and manage demand forecasts in collaboration with the sales teams;2. Lead the sales & operations planning process to align inventory planning with business objectives;3. Translate customer order forecasts into procurement and inventory plans;4. Ensure optimal stock levels at the European local warehouse to meet service level targets while minimizing excess inventory;5. Coordinate with warehouse operations to ensure accurate inventory records and efficient space utilization;6. Source, evaluate, and manage suppliers to ensure quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness;7. Negotiate contracts and terms with vendors to ensure supply continuity and favorable commercial terms;8. Monitor supplier performance and resolve any issues related to quality, delivery, or compliance.Requirements:1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.Minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or planning, preferably in a trading or distribution company;2. Proven track record in demand planning, inventory management, and international procurement;3. Strong analytical skills with experience in ERP and planning systems;4. Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills;5. Fluent in English, proficiency in other European language(s) and Mandarin Chinese is a plus;6.
