Tasks & Responsibilities
* Contribution to the coverage of large international and mid-sized corporates, follow-up of business opportunities, strategic business reviews and preparation of budgets
* Coordination with local coverage bankers around the world within the BNP Paribas network
* Preparation of and contribution to client meetings and calls with product specialists (Corporate Finance, Debt Capital Markets, Cash Management, Global Trade Solutions, etc.)
* Ensuring the updating and accuracy of the CRM tool, implementation of Client Action Plans together with the business lines
* Main responsibility for credit analysis of prospects & clients, preparation of credit papers as basis for credit decisions
* Monitoring of credit risk for an existing client portfolio
* Structuring and documentation of loan transactions
* Responsible for deal implementation & follow up of its life cycle
* Coordination of regulatory / KYC onboardings or recertifications with regards to regulatory / KYC compliance
* Ensuring consistent and comprehensive enforcement of BNP Paribas ESG / CSR policies and procedures
Profile
* Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or comparable academic education with advanced knowledge of financial analysis and accounting
* First professional experience in Corporate or Investment Banking, e.g. as an Analyst
* Client focused attitude
* Ability to teamwork Very good communication skills Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel and Powerpoint in particular) Fluent in German and English (C1 Level required)
