Job Description
Your primary responsibility is to assist the store manager in overseeing the daily operations of the store.
Assist in managing and executing sales plans, ensuring their successful implementation.
Responsible for maintaining excellent customer service by supporting staff in product knowledge.
Mentor and provide feedback to sales staff to meet sales goals.
Participate in recruitment, training, and development of staff members.
Ensure the store's condition and visual merchandising standards are consistently outstanding.
