Key Responsibilities
1. Provide expert guidance to stakeholders on HR policies, labour laws, and best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
2. Manage the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, performance management, career development, and separation processes.
3. Develop and implement HR strategies to enhance employee engagement, retention, and overall job satisfaction.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and achieve organizational goals.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* At least 2 years of experience in an HRBP or generalist HR role, preferably within professional services or finance.
* Strong knowledge of Luxembourg labour laws and HR best practices.
* Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
* The ability to build strong relationships and advise stakeholders at all levels.
