As a Manager Professional Services in Lucanet's Tax Compliance and Reporting solution, you will play a key role in shaping the digital transformation. You will work at the intersection of tax law, technology, and client projects, contributing your expertise to the development of our Tax Tech solutions—especially in the areas of income tax, VAT, Pillar 2, CBCR and digitalization. You will take ownership of complex tax projects, support the development of tax-related concepts for our software, and help implement regulatory requirements while driving continuous improvement in tax processes and solutions.
Activities
* Lead and own projects of high complexity with focus on tax technology products and tax compliance solutions, coordinating efficiently activities of other personnel on tax projects
* Independently manage and implement together with the team client projects in the Tax Tech space
* Serve as a contact point for clients and partners regarding tax-related requests and technical issues, supporting tax departments in implementing our software and in Tax CMS and ICS consulting projects
* Cooperate with key stakeholders cross-functionally to drive the continuous development of tax specialist topics and transversal tax projects with strong focus on the improvement of tax processes, products and services
* Support sales activities and actively contribute to corporate growth initiatives in the tax technology space, representing our company and its brands at external tax and technology events
* Develop others by sharing expert tax knowledge, advising the Team Lead on skill gaps, individual performance and career progression of team members
* Ensure quality assurance of professional services delivered by our consultants and partners while scaling knowledge effectively within our organization, leveraging AI tools to enhance internal processes and knowledge sharing
* Support the product team with expertise and insights for tax solution development, developing and documenting best practices for tax implementations and use cases
* Create and deliver webinars, training sessions, and professional articles for internal and external stakeholders

Requirements
* University degree in tax law, accounting, finance, controlling, or a comparable qualification.
* Circa 5 years of professional experience in tax consulting, Tax Tech, or in a corporate tax department.
* Solid knowledge of German tax law, especially in income tax
* Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP/S4HANA) and ideally with ETL processes.
* Strong affinity for IT and interest in the digitalization of tax processes.
* Excellent communication skills in German and English (minimum C1 level).
* Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style with a high level of responsibility.
