Responsibilities
 * Understand automotive/commercial vehicle companies (OEM and Tier 1-Supplier), end customers as well as the government/regulations
 * Identifies project opportunities within the automotive/commercial vehicle ecosystem
 * Develops business at new automotive/commercial vehicle clients using account development methods
 * Leads project acquisitions by developing, presenting, negotiating and closing of proposals
 * Serves as primary point of contact for client executives
 * Leads work streams during client engagements
 * Act as a long-term companion for decision makers in a VUCAD-World
 * Manages client and Porsche Consulting project team members
 * Reviews and approves project delivery documents prior to presentations
 * Leads the collection, analysis and interpretation of client and industry information
 * Provides ongoing feedback and other development support to Porsche Consulting team members
 * Enhances and trains Porsche Consulting concepts, methods and tools for Automotive/Commercial Vehicles
 * Provides content for press articles and develops event presentations and other marketing materials for the Automotive practice
 * Speaks/Represents Porsche Consulting at relevant conferences
Qualifications
 * Graduate Degree with focus on Business, Industrial/Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management and/or related discipline from renowned institutions of higher education
 * Hands‑on experience in Strategy and Operations Management, preferably in the automotive/ commercial vehicle sector
 * High level of business acumen and consultative expertise
 * Minimum 7 years of total professional experience in both consultancies and automotive corporations
 * Minimum 3 years of professional experience in business development
 * Demonstrated ability to develop and grow new client business selling management consulting services
 * Impact orientation with focus on comprehensive implementation
 * Second language fluency in German, Spanish, or French a plus
 * Strong desire to mentor and assist in the professional development of colleagues
