The Role
The platform is seeking a Strategy & Execution Manager to work in close partnership with the CEO and senior leadership team. The role sits at the centre of strategic coordination and execution, acting as a force multiplier for the CEO and supporting the effective governance and prioritisation of company-wide initiatives.
You will operate as a senior sparring partner, drive cross-functional alignment, and ensure that strategic priorities are translated into clear decisions and tangible outcomes across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as a trusted sparring partner to the CEO, supporting both strategic initiatives and selected day-to-day priorities
* Prepare decision-ready analyses, proposals, and briefing materials for complex strategic and organisational topics
* Lead the structuring, preparation, and moderation of senior leadership forums, fostering fact-based, outcome-oriented discussions
* Drive alignment across senior stakeholders by ensuring clear communication, prioritisation, and follow-through on strategic decisions
* Manage and coordinate overarching strategic initiatives, including company-wide priorities and cross-business programmes
* Support and challenge business unit initiatives to ensure consistency with overall strategic direction
* Develop and maintain market, competitive, and performance intelligence to inform strategic decision-making
* Interface closely with internal functions and external stakeholders, ensuring coherence between strategy, execution, and governance
Candidate Profile
* 5+ years of professional experience in top-tier strategy consulting, corporate development, a CEO office, or a high-growth, PE-backed environment
* Proven track record leading complex strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects, ideally at Engagement Manager / Project Lead level
* Strong analytical and quantitative skill set, with the ability to translate data into clear strategic implications
* Excellent stakeholder management skills, with credibility across senior leadership and operational teams
* Highly structured thinker with strong judgement and the ability to operate under ambiguity and time pressure
* Clear, confident communicator, capable of distilling complex topics for senior decision-makers
* Experience in consumer-facing, digital, or platform-based business models is an advantage but not required
* Fluent English required; German is beneficial
