Responsibilities
Manage Windows OS (7-10), Active Directory, and Group Policies
Support Office 365, antivirus, and encryption solutions
Troubleshoot PC hardware/software issues
Administer mobile devices (iOS/Android) via MDM
Provide helpdesk support via ticketing system
Be available for occasional after-hours support
Required Skills
CompTIA A+ or MCP certification preferred
Hands-on experience with AD, GPOs, and Office 365
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Cloud experience (Azure, Intune)
Network basics (TCP/IP, VPN)
