Field Sales Team Lead
This is a senior leadership role in our Field Sales department, where you will oversee the performance of a team of sales professionals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving operational efficiency and achieving ambitious goals in global matrix-driven sales organizations.
The Role:
* Lead a team of more than 50 Field Sales professionals in 6 teams across Germany;
* Develop and implement strategies to ensure seamless alignment with local and national strategic goals;
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sustainable growth and enhance the customer experience;
* Craft and implement territory-specific plans to optimize the customer experience in line with national objectives;
* Work closely with Inside Sales to harmonize Field and Inside Sales activities.
Your Skills:
* A proven background in managing large teams and driving operational efficiency;
* Experience in achieving ambitious goals in global matrix-driven sales organizations;
* Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments;
* Proficiency in sales operations software and tools, including CRM systems and data analytics platforms;
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
* Fluent in German and English.
