HR Advisor Job DescriptionAs an HR Advisor, you will be a vital part of our organization, supporting employees and leaders with their HR-related queries. You will play a key role in ensuring a great employee experience, taking care of every interaction with HR.The primary focus of this role is to provide support to our warehouse team, working closely with warehouse leaders to resolve absence and discipline cases, collaborating on site engagement plans, and actively working in our HR management system.Key Responsibilities:Own and resolve HR-related queries from employees and leaders, providing solutions and partnering with other HR colleagues as needed.Work in close collaboration with warehouse leaders to manage absence and discipline cases.Draft and deploy site engagement plans, collaborating with managers to ensure effective communication.Actively work in our HR management system, maintaining case trackers and driving timely action where necessary.Support employees with benefits, policy, and procedure queries, understanding their needs and seeking solutions.Guide and train employees and managers in the HR systems and service delivery model.Coordinate and administer the HR Cycle, including hiring, onboarding, annual performance management, job moves, exit processes, and more.Develop a comprehensive communication plan to ensure all company and site updates reach associates through various channels.Review and maintain accuracy, compliance, and effectiveness of HR-related documents, mitigating potential legal and compliance risks.Requirements and Qualifications:A strong foundation in German labor law and a solid understanding of HR principles, practices, and compliance requirements.Experience in resolving employee relations issues and providing exceptional customer service.Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with fluency in German and good English language proficiency.Experience working in Workday or similar HRIS would be beneficial.What We Offer:A dynamic and inclusive work environment that values diversity and promotes equal opportunities for all.An opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our employees and contribute to the success of our organization.Required Skills: HR expertise, Labor Law knowledge, Employee Relations experience, Strong Communication & Collaboration skills
