Lead Backend Developer (m/f)
as of now // unlimited // full-time (40h) // Hamburg
As Lead Backend Developer you will set thecourse bytaking overtechnical leadershipand ownershipfor ourtech stack.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Technical management of one of our development teams
* Further development of our high performance backend (seperated over several, globally located data programming centre) – mostly written in PHP
* MySQL comes across limits in many places, let us establish new databases together
* For you, it does matter whether an API call takes 800ms or 150ms
* Help building an event system from scratch using AWS Kinesis streams, Go microservices, RabbitMQ, Elasticsearch and a React frontend
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
* Expert for PHP or Go is mandatory
* Experience with MVC Frameworks: At least one like Symfony, CodeIgniter, Zend, Yii, Laravel, Spring Boot, etc.
* Basic knowledge of modern single page applications (Vue, React, Angular)
* Basic understanding of HTTP protocol, encoding and regular expressions
* Expert knowledge of relational or document based databases
* You know event patterns like CQRS in combination with SQS, Rabbit, Kafka
