Project Leadership Position
Job Summary:
The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating project activities within a digital transformation program.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Support the delivery of digitalization initiatives, including IT system modernization and data/reporting platforms.
* Facilitate a shift towards a data-centric institution.
* Guide stakeholders in project management practices.
* Promote collaboration and continuous improvement.
* Project Portfolio Management:
* Define and monitor key performance indicators.
* Track status, scope, timelines, and budget at both project and portfolio levels.
* Coach stakeholders in project management.
* Manage interdependencies and risks across projects.
* Ensure proper documentation and reporting.
