To strengthen our global DELLNER BUBENZER Wind team, we are looking for an experienced ERP Dynamics 365 F&O specialist with focus on finance or production to support us in the optimization and further development of our ERP system and general processes. DELLNER BUBENZER Wind is headquartered in Germany, but have operations also in China, Spain, US, Czech, Poland, Brazil and India and is expanding rapidly in the wind energy sector, both onshore and offshore.
Tasks
* Support, maintenance and further development of our ERP system Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O including the integration with other systems
* Continuous analysis and optimization of business processes within the ERP system and identification of potentials for improvements, increased efficiency and productivity
* Ensuring data integrity and accuracy within the ERP system and generating reports to provide insights into various aspects of the business
* Providing support to users throughout the organization to address their concerns and help them use our system effectively
* Conducting training sessions for new users to ensure that everyone is proficient in using the ERP system
* Collaboration in project planning and implementations around ERP
Requirements
* Successfully completed degree in business informatics, business administration, or comparable training in finance
* Experience in consulting on ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O
* In-depth knowledge of finance and accounting, as well as experience in integrating financial accounting modules into ERP systems
* Strong communication skills, motivated, and enjoy working with customers
* Good knowledge of SQL, Power Automate, Power BI or other relevant tools is an advantage
* Very good English skills, further languages are an advantage
* Analytical thinking, ability to work in a team and a solution-oriented way of working
