Your tasks:
1. Classification and tariff determination of goods in accordance with applicable customs and foreign trade regulations
2. Review and assurance of accurate, customs-compliant product descriptions
3. Cooperation with authorities, in particular in the context of applying for Binding Tariff Information (BTI)
4. Ongoing maintenance and updating of relevant data within the assigned area of responsibility
5. Close coordination and professional communication with internal departments to clarify technical or content-related questions and to obtain missing information
6. Communication and coordination with suppliers regarding dual-use classification

Your profile:
7. Successfully completed technical training or a comparable qualification
8. Solid technical knowledge and strong technical skills
9. High quality standards and a careful, responsible working style
10. Willingness and motivation to learn and understand new and complex topics
11. Excellent communication skills, assertiveness, and a high degree of flexibility
12. Openness to new software solutions for process optimization (e.g., AI-based tools)
13. Commitment to continuous professional development to stay up-to-date with current legal and regulatory requirements
14. Fluent German and very good English skills
