To strengthen our global operations team we are looking for a Technology & Tolling Manager Amines Derivatives (m/f/d).
What will you be doing? You will...
1. Implements the technology strategy for amine derivatives
2. Manages the company's third party tollers for amine derivatives and related activities
3. Controls / monitors tollers' performance (quality; cost development, material consumption, standard setting)
4. Manages toller assessment & improvement
5. Manages global know-how transfer for amine derivatives and ensures implementation of best practice
6. Supports the company's sites by expertise on operational matters
7. Defines areas for technology improvement and initiates technology improvement and development
What do we expect?
8. Qualification in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering, or equivalent (Master degree, PhD preferred)
9. 5+ years of work experience in specialty chemicals production
10. Pro-active personality, self-driven, self-organized, structured
11. Abiltity to manage different stakeholders
12. Confident in communication and cooperation with multicultural teams
13. Fluent in English and German; other languages advantagous
