Your areas of responsibilities:
* Place orders with suppliers according to established protocols and timelines
* Ensure all required documentation, such as shipping documents and letters of credit, are complete and accurate
* Monitor compliance with relevant guidelines, including minimum order quantities and contractual terms
* Maintain regular communication with factories and our China team to ensure timely shipment and adherence to quality standards
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including production, procurement, and logistics to ensure alignment of supply plans with business objectives
* Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders to provide updates on supply planning activities, address any issues or concerns, and solicit feedback for continuous improvement
* Utilize SAP or other ERP systems to create and maintain accurate records of orders, delivery dates, and goods receipts
* Lead and participate in special projects aimed at improving procurement processes and enhancing supplier relationships
Your profile of qualification:
* Apprenticeship or studies in business administration, or a related field
* A minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in supplier relationship management, administration, or procurement
* Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal
* Proficiency in SAP or another ERP system is essential
* Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally
* High attention to detail and a demonstrated affinity for calculations and numerical data
* Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
* Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced work environment, managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
