As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in identifying and creating new business opportunities, helping us as we expand our reach beyond the Android developer community to include Flutter, React Native, Unity and iOS developers. Key Responsibilities: ● Lead Generation: Proactively identify potential customers through industry events, social media, and online research. ● Outbound Outreach: Initiate contact with prospects via phone calls, emails, and social media to introduce droidcon and our offerings. ● Qualify Leads: Assess the needs and interests of potential customers to determine their fit and readiness for our services. ● CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system, ensuring up-to-date information on leads and prospects. ● Tooling: Readiness to learn how to use our tools, which are: Pipedrive, Apollo.io, Surfe, Justcall.io, Tolstoy, LinkedIn Sales Navigator. ● Collaboration: Work closely with the other sales team members to develop and refine strategies for lead generation and qualification. ● Follow-up: Schedule follow-up meetings or calls to nurture relationships and move prospects through the sales pipeline. ● Reporting: Provide regular updates on lead generation activities and progress towards sales goals. ● Experience: minimum experience in sales, preferably within the tech industry. ● Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with potential customers. ● Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. ● Organizational Skills: Strong time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently. ● Team Player: Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. ● Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and new challenges in a fast-paced setting. ● Education: The best education is experience, no degree needed. ● Perseverance: It’s an outbound role, you will experience rejection 99% of the time.
