Microsoft 365 Endpoint Administrator and Support
We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft 365 Endpoint Administrator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional support to end-users.
* This role involves acting as a level 2 support specialist to resolve complex incidents and provide level 1 support when needed.
* You will be responsible for daily reporting activities, supporting end-users in standard services, and resolving any type of support request.
Daily Responsibilities:
1. Action as Level 2 support on escalation from Level 1 to solve complex incidents and provide Level 1 support in case of overflow of activities.
2. Provide daily reporting activities to the IT Support Coordinator.
3. Daily support end-users in standard services (standard requests and incidents).
4. Support resolution of any kind of support request.
5. Perform system monitoring to proactively identify operational issues and system management activities.
6. Act on production Servers/Environment in an analysed, controlled and risk aware manner.
7. Maintain information systems components efficiency according to defined procedures and service levels.
8. Support other Group IT entities on daily management of systems.
9. Help end-users in their use of standard services and applications.
10. Implement solutions for our business and our IT infrastructure.
11. Provide high quality support for any kind of incident.
12. Evaluate all operational procedures, monitoring and support procedures are up-to-date and executed as required.
13. Guarantee an efficient incident management, meaning incident resolution under the SLA.
14. Participate in the on-call 24/7 support of our critical infrastructure.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent diploma in IT.
* Minimum of 2 years experience with proven skills in supporting, deploying, configuring, and administering endpoints.
* Knowledge and product experience with the entire M365 suite, including Teams, Exchange Online, Entra, SharePoint, Intune, licensing, and Security.
* Knowledge of PowerShell scripting for performing various support and administrative tasks.
* ITIL certification is preferable.
* Good communication and analytical skills.
* Results oriented, resistant to stress and user oriented.
* Proactive, curious, flexible and collaborate with others to solve incidents.
* Good oral and written skills in French and English. Knowledge of German and/or Luxembourgish is considered an asset.
