Your Role

As a Partner Manager at happyhotel, you are the driving force behind our growth channel. You are the central link between us and our partners (e.g., PMS, channel managers, consultants & associations) and internal stakeholders. Your mission is not only to manage our network, but to cooperatively develop your portfolio into a highly scalable mutual lead and revenue channel. You combine strategic planning with operational excellence, ensuring that happyhotel is top-of-mind with all relevant market players.


Your Responsibilities

* Network Building: You build and expand your industry network through social media, travel, and events, laying the foundation for future partnerships.

* Network Activation: You systematically manage a portfolio from our existing partner network, create individual annual activity plans, and conduct regular performance analyses and quarterly meetings.

* Marketing & Content: You plan joint marketing activities, hold webinars for partners and their clients or employees, and create relevant content (e.g., LinkedIn posts) to market new integrations. You work hand in hand with our marketing team to bring partnerships to life and activate contractually agreed marketing activities.

* Event Management: You lead the planning and execution of trade fair appearances and partner events – from the initial idea and presentation creation to booth service on site.

* Interface Management: You act as a link between partners, customers, support, and our development team for the creation of new technical interfaces to our software.

* Sales Operations & Admin: You maintain tools for partner management, handle commission accounting, track lead management, and optimize internal processes in the partner context.

* Tracking & Analysis: You ensure seamless tracking of all leads and wins and maintain our partner profiles and documentation on relevant platforms.

* Selling & Trade Fairs: Besides sales, you represent us at trade fairs, know the product, and can sell it like a pro in any context.

* Information – You build up market and competitor knowledge and act as an information interface between our industry and other departments.


Your Profile

* Experience: You have solid experience in partner management, business development, consulting or a similar area (ideally in the SaaS or even hotel environment).

* Communication Strength: You are a natural networker, enjoy presenting enthusiastically on camera or in front of audiences, and have a knack for professional content and for meeting new people at the right moment.

* Willingness to Travel: You enjoy being on the road, visiting your network partners and being present at shared events and trade fairs.

* Organizational Talent: You can juggle many tasks at once – from commission accounting to strategic trade fair planning, you keep everything in view.

* Analytical Mindset: You work goal‑oriented and love to measure the success of your work by clear KPIs (leads, wins, appointments).

* Tech Affinity: You have no reservations about technical topics (interfaces/dev calls) and work confidently with CRM and tracking systems.

* Partner Pro: First experience in building and scaling ecosystems in partner management, consulting, or business development.

* Communication Skills: You have a confident presence as the first point of contact for all external business relationships up to the C‑level.

* Language Skills: Fluent German and English are required. Any additional language is a plus.

* Ideally and optionally: Due to your previous work, you already have a network in the hotel industry or you already know the
