Head of Digital Processes (m/w/d)

The Head of Digital Processes is responsible for managing the governance and performance of all digitalized global processes across Procurement, Logistics, Production, and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP). This role ensures that process owners work collaboratively to deliver integrated, efficient, and compliant processes that support organizational goals and enable scalability.
Responsibilities
* Define the vision and roadmap for global digital process governance and improvement
* Lead and develop the Global Process Owner team, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing
* Ensure alignment and integration between different global processes to optimize end-to-end value chains
* Establish global standards, frameworks, and controls for digital process management
* Oversee process performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives across all domains
* Partner with IT and digital teams to implement tools that support process automation and analytics
* Act as the primary liaison between executive leadership and GPOs, ensuring strategic alignment
* Lead global transformation initiatives and manage organizational change effectively
Qualifications
* Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field
* Extensive experience in global process management and leadership roles
* Proven track record in managing cross-functional teams and driving process transformation
* Strong strategic thinking and leadership capabilities
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Deep understanding of end-to-end business processes and digital transformation
* Certifications in Lean Six Sigma, BPM, or similar is an advantage
