We are hiring a senior executive for the role of Human Resources Manager at Frankfurt Rhine-Main Metropolitan area for one of our client- a leading global tech company
Responsibilities
As the HR leader for Germany, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient
functioning of the People Operations, developing, and managing HR Policies and benefits across
Germany. Incumbent will be instrumental in attracting top talents (lateral and fresh talents) to
ensure business growth as planned.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
In this role, you will be responsible for:
∙Responsible for the delivery of talent attraction, HR Services, & Operations and HR Support in Germany region.
∙Working closely with the local and general works council(s) in Germany region.
∙To be instrumental in attracting the top talents for Automotive or other business units
∙Collaborate with Talent Acquisition team and local business partners to ensure fulfilment.
∙Engage and build university relations with identified universities to attract fresh talents
∙Enable a work environment which fosters the Tata Values showcasing our commitment to Customers and performance.
∙Support and lead change management and organizational development strategies that influences and enables business goals.
∙Collaborate with management to resolve the employee issues focusing on performance, discipline, job redundancy or other employment related concerns in line with local laws.
∙Support and coach people managers on complex employee Issues.
∙Proactively work with Managers in the region to highlight and identify key trends, best practices.
∙Continuously monitor performance of HR cyclical programs locally and be the voice of business with COEs providing real-time feedback and suggestions.
∙Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve operational efficiency.
∙Support the implementation of people strategies and plans through the rollout of HR programs while sharing the local country insight into the broader HR team.
∙Ensure compliance in HR operations with respect to local or regional statutory laws.
∙Set goals and KPI’s for the function and team.
∙Design, build and facilitate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and competencies.
∙Partner with cross functional stakeholders, such as payroll, Talent Acquisition, Purchase, Legal, IT etc to enable smooth functioning of HR programs & Operations.

∙Proven expertise in Employee Relations management, HR Compliance, Labour & Union management, Compensation, and employee Development
∙Sound knowledge in dealing with the Germany region works council etc.
∙Expertise in Change management and talent development programs
∙Experience working in a matrixed structure of a global organisation.
∙Expertise in statutory compliance, local labour laws and labour market as well as labour relations.
∙Stakeholder management experience and negotiation.
∙People oriented and results driven.
∙Expertise in employee formal discussions/ Grievance handling.
∙Excellent in oral and written communication.
∙Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
