As our Country Manager Germany, you’ll own the full commercial expansion of Nebuly in the German market. This is a senior, high-impact role for someone with deep experience in enterprise sales and a strong existing network of prospects.
You will lead complex, consultative sales cycles — from sourcing deals to managing pilots, navigating multi-stakeholder conversations, and closing 6-digit contracts.
This is not a transactional or inbound-driven role. You’re expected to generate pipeline autonomously through your network, industry knowledge, and presence on the ground.
What You’ll Do
* Build and execute the GTM strategy for Germany.
* Source and close new business opportunities with mid-market and enterprise customers (100K+ ACV).
* Convince and align multiple stakeholders: product, AI, Marketing, IT, legal, procurement.
* Work closely with technical teams to ensure feasibility and success of pilots.
* Represent Nebuly in the german ecosystem through events, relationships, and outreach.
* 7+ years of experience in enterprise sales (SaaS, analytics, dev tools).
* Proven ability to close complex 6-digit contracts.
* Owns an active network of prospects and decision-makers in the UK enterprise space.
* Comfortable in technical sales conversations (with CTOs, ML teams, data leads).
* You know how to win deals without inbound or SDRs — you drive your own pipeline.
* Fluent in German, strong in English.
* Experience as first sales hire or country launcher.
* Background in developer tools, ML infrastructure, or product analytics.
* €50K bonus on-target earnings (uncapped upside)
