Job Description:
This role involves managing relationships with small business partners, promoting services, ensuring client satisfaction, and closing transactions. You will work with basic reporting tools such as Excel and company CRM.
* Manage and grow relationships with assigned list of small business partners through shop-to-shop visits.
* Travel daily to meet local partners, routes, contact info, and maps provided.
* Promote services and ensure client satisfaction while closing transactions.
* Work with basic reporting tools such as Excel and company CRM.
* Represent the company professionally in the field.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Fluent German (spoken and written).
* Basic English (enough to communicate with internal teams).
* Valid Category B Driver's License and willingness to travel daily.
* Basic tech skills: using Android smartphones, Windows computers, and Excel.
* Experience with shop or small business management, travel agencies, or client-facing roles is a plus.
* Good communication, responsibility, and ability to work without micromanagement.
