To strengthen our team, we are seeking a dedicated professional with extensive experience in developing automation solutions and managing complex IT infrastructures in the Microsoft environment. Responsibilities: Your responsibilities will include the design, development, and maintenance of automation and provisioning services, particularly in the area of Active Directory as well as Windows-based infrastructure services (e.g., user and group management, DNS, Exchange, Group Policy, and DFS/file services). You will develop middleware and web applications for process automation and integrate both internal and external interfaces via APIs. In addition, you will be responsible for the technical operation and further development of FUB-IT’s Windows and AD server landscape. You will administer a large, on-premises Windows server environment throughout the entire system lifecycle. You will use tools such as GitLab and Ansible for automation, version control, and configuration management, thereby ensuring a secure and stable IT infrastructure. Your responsibilities will also include evaluating new technologies, implementing projects, analyzing and permanently resolving complex issues, and continuously improving IT security. (Professional) Experience: Several years of professional experience managing large server infrastructures, ideally in an environment with more than 100 Windows servers. Desirable: Very good knowledge of automation, programming, and scripting, e.g., PowerShell, C#, Python, Ansible.
