Why ZeKju Mission: We're revolutionizing Road Freight communication, digitalizing one of the world’s largest industries by leveraging the world’s most favorite apps: WhatsApp, Telegram and Viber Product-Market Fit: 70 paying customers already incl. Coca-Cola, Dachser, Hellmann. Market: €500bn road freight with low software penetration → outsized leverage. Team & Backing: Experienced founders with logistics background; funded by 20VC and Supply Chain Ventures. Tasks You are our outbound engine. You build and manage your pipeline, call freight forwarders, and turn first contact into revenue. Full ownership, direct line to the founders and visible impact from day one. Outreach with a smile: Identify decision-makers, prep messaging, and pick up the phone. Deal ownership: Qualify, run discovery/demos, multithread, close. Pipeline & forecast: Keep CRM tight, move deals cleanly through stages, hit quarterly targets. Feedback loop: Turn objections and win/loss learnings into product inputs and sharper talk tracks. Scaling: After proving the motion, recruit and coach SDRs. Requirements 50% motivation | 40% brains | 10% experience You’re excited about sales and direct contact with people. 1–3 years experience in B2B SaaS, consulting, or logistics. Fluent German & English (written and spoken) - additional languages as a “” CRM basics (Pipedrive/HubSpot/SFDC); comfortable with sequencers; phone-led selling. High self-motivation and persistence Entrepreneurial mindset: You see opportunities instead of problems You love celebrating success with a young, ambitious team Benefits Compensation: €55–70k base (based on experience) plus performance bonus with accelerator. (Six-figure OTE is possible with overperformance.) Equity: VSOP (virtual shares). Growth: Direct founder mentorship and a clear path to Sales Lead.
