Their customers are installers, international contractors, wholesalers and OEMs in a wide range of industries and markets. With annual sales of around €660 million they employ a total of 1,600 people. Driven by an enthusiastic and dynamic team and based on an active buy and build strategy, they strive to continuously strengthen its position in the European technical insulation market.
In order to strengthen their ICT Development team, they are looking for a:
ERP Business Analyst – Dynamics 365
As ERP Business analyst, you will guide the various companies within the group in the implementation and roll out of a uniform ERP solution build on Dynamics 365. You are the specialist on several supply chain related functional domains (sales, purchase, inventory, production, planning, inventory and warehouse management). You build the bridge between the different actors and guide the local teams through this digital transformation.
Amongst your duties & responsibilities we highlight:
· You will collaborate on projects with internal stakeholders and external suppliers. Initially as support to the external partner; later (after 12 to 18 months) you will take the lead in the further roll-out of the ERP in the various branches.
· In doing so, you are the link between business and IT and coordinate with various stakeholders.
· You organise workshops to collect business requirements and elaborate these into a business analysis.
· You will be responsible for analysing and modelling the current business processes in our various business units and departments.
· You will support the creation of new business processes or the improvement of current processes.
· You follow up the delivery of projects in terms of content and validate whether the result meets expectations.
Your profile
· You have at least 3 years of relevant work experience as a business analyst.
· You are strong at communicating to various stakeholders.
· You are analytically minded, can think critically and work independently.
· You take ownership and do not deliver half-hearted work, but where necessary you are pragmatic enough to achieve your goal.
· You have experience documenting processes, preferably using BPMN.
· Experience with D365 is a must.
· Experience with Azure DevOps is a plus.
· You speak fluent German and English.
· In a second stage you will take a role in the internal D365 competence team to roll out and service entities in other regions.
· You are willing to travel to the various sites.
It is expected that the candidate resides in Munich or Nurnberg, and Frankfurt could also be considered.
