-Coordinate Go-to-Market strategy and product launches for different solutions.
-Develop detailed project plans, resource estimates, timelines, and deliverables for the overall program. Track progress with related Project/Workstream Managers and adjust timelines and resources as needed.
-Proactively identify potential risks and obstacles to successful program execution and develop mitigation plans to ensure program goals are met. Escalate gaps versus targets at the appropriate level and in a timely manner.
