The Senior Sales Representative for North-West Germany (f/m/d) at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics plays a key role in building and nurturing relationships with both external customers and internal stakeholders. You will be responsible for meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets by driving revenue growth.
This position is part of the Sales Department in Germany and is a field-based role covering the eastern Ruhr area, including Mnster, and extending as far as Kassel.
You will report to the Regional Sales Manager and be responsible for driving growth and expanding direct sales profit margins within assigned accounts and/or territories. If you thrive in a dynamic, cross-functional role and are eager to contribute to a performance-driven sales organizationread on.
Develop, lead, and execute the agreed sales strategy to increase market share within your territory.
Maintain and grow existing business through strategic account management and product promotion, collaborating with key internal and external stakeholders.
Organize and lead internal and external meetings, presenting solutions that support both company and customer needs using DBS tools.
Build strong relationships and partnerships across public and private sectors, focusing on key stakeholders including decision-makers, KOLs, and C-suite executives to enhance our value proposition.
BSc or equivalent qualification in a scientific discipline, or substantial experience in a similar role with a strong understanding of the diagnostics market in laboratory and hospital settings.
Proven experience in direct sales within a comparable field or complex medical environment, with a proactive mindset and keen attention to detail.
Excellent planning and organizational skills, with a track record of developing and executing successful strategic account plans in the diagnostics or medical sector.
Consistent success in sales and solution selling, ideally within the medical device, healthcare, or life sciences industries.
Valid drivers license and fluency in German and English.
