We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Projektmanager for Nachhaltigkeit and Arbeitssicherheit. This role involves developing the area of Arbeitssicherheit globally and strategically in collaboration with operational experts. Aufgaben
* As a Projektmanager, you will drive the international networking of our operative Arbeitssicherheitsteams forward and bridge the gap to our company's divisional Arbeitsgruppe.
* You will develop standardized reporting formats in accordance with European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS) in consultation with our operational teams and the company.
* You will establish processes for continuous improvement of our global Arbeitssicherheit.
* You will advise and train internal and external stakeholders and create presentations and working documents for this purpose.
Voraussetzungen
* You have extensive knowledge in international Projektmanagement, preferably in the context of Nachhaltigkeit.
* You have background knowledge in Arbeitssicherheitsmanagement or a strong interest in developing skills in this area, including relevant qualifications (Sicherheitsfachkraft, Arbeitsschutzmanagementsysteme, etc.).
* You have knowledge of common reporting standards.
* You have very good German and English language skills and are willing to participate in occasional business trips.
* You are a team player with a confident and motivated personality who enjoys actively shaping and driving change.
