As clients are based in various locations nationally and internationally, flexibility towards traveling is expected. Your primary responsibilities include, but aren't limited to, the following: Manage scope-of-work, design budget and contract documents for each project. Follow and update design delivery schedule and distribute workload within team. Coordinate and optimize design with multi-disciplinary team and external parties. Lead and challenge design solutions and changes. Create and communicate innovative ideas and designs to client and team. You will need to have: You are an entrepreneurial, result oriented, initiative-taking individual with a positive flexible and problem-solving attitude. Besides that, you have: A bachelor/master’s degree in mechanical or electrical Engineering. Minimum of five years relevant working experience in managing multidisciplinary design, engineering, and construction projects, preferably in data centres or other relevant sectors. Shows an affinity with digital and automated design and engineering processes (BIM360, CDE). Good knowledge of standard practices in the design and construction industry, and a good understanding of the daily (operational) business of clients.
