Strategic – Influential – Account‑Driven

You’ll lead our strategic accounts across the DACH region while working remotely from Germany, preferably based in the South. You’ll build long‑term partnerships, steer complex commercial challenges, and shape the future of our civil and industrial lifting projects. With full ownership and the support of Team Blue, you’ll drive sustainable growth in one of our most important regions.

Your job in a nutshell:

1. Own, develop and expand key accounts across Germany, Austria and Switzerland
2. Build trusted senior‑level partnerships that shape long‑term collaboration
3. Identify growth paths, cross‑regional opportunities and customer success moments
4. Translate technical civil and industrial lifting challenges into safe and value‑driven solutions
5. Collaborate closely with sales, engineering, project and customer success teams
6. Work remotely from Germany — ideally based in South Germany to stay close to major customers
7. You’ll report directly to the Segment Sales Leader – Germany and work alongside a committed international sales team

ABOUT YOU

You thrive in strategic environments where relationships matter as much as commercial impact. You bring hands‑on expertise in civil or industrial works, combined with experience managing enterprise‑level accounts. You enjoy autonomy, you act with precision, and you know how to build trust in technical conversations. Fluent in German and English, you’re ready to represent Sarens across the DACH region.

You bring:

8. Proven experience in key or strategic account management
9. Deep knowledge of the infrastructure and civil industry sector (in areas such as bridges, tunnels, and heavy industry)
10. Strong market knowledge and active network in the DACH region
11. Ability to advise senior stakeholders and translate technical needs into solutions
12. Fluent German and English communication skills
13. Remote working setup from Germany (preferably South Germany)
