YOUR TASKS
1. You are responsible for the existing risk assessment process for new and existing service providers in cooperation with our parent company American Express and the local contacts
2. You advise the specialist departments on the analysis and reduction of outsourcing risks and the implementation of appropriate measures
3. The further development of management reporting with regard to outsourcing risks is also part of your area of responsibility
4. You carry out governance and risk analyses independently, advise the local contacts on the implementation of risk reduction measures and monitor their implementation
5. Continuous training of our employees on governance and risk topics rounds off your area of responsibility
YOUR PROFILE
6. You have successfully completed a degree in (business) informatics, business administration / economics, law or a comparable qualification
7. You have several years of professional experience in a relevant area such as risk management, outsourcing management, compliance or auditing paired with an affinity for security and tech topics
8. You have experience in project management and topic responsibility for virtual teams across different countries, segments and functions
9. You have strong analytical skills and a comprehensive understanding of complex work processes
10. In addition, you successfully implement topics even against possible resistance and manage your tasks in a goal-oriented manner
11. Strong communication skills and very good written and spoken German and English round off your profile
