The Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Vice President to join our Debt Advisory team with a focus on Leveraged Finance. You will play a critical role in executing transactions, managing client relationships, and mentoring junior team members, while working closely with senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the execution of complex debt and capital structure advisory mandates (LBOs, refinancings, dividend recaps, acquisition financings, etc.)
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with private equity sponsors, corporates, lenders, and other financial institutions
* Create and review financial models, lender presentations, and credit documentation
* Structure and negotiate optimal financing solutions for clients
* Support business development initiatives including pitch preparation and market research
* Coach and develop analysts and associates, fostering a collaborative team environment
* Stay abreast of market trends, lender appetite, and regulatory developments
Requirements:
* 6–10 years of relevant experience in leveraged finance, debt advisory, or structured finance (investment banking, private equity, or advisory background preferred)
* Strong technical skills in financial modelling and credit analysis
* Deep understanding of European debt markets and leveraged finance products
* Proven ability to lead deal execution and manage client relationships
* Fluent in English; German language proficiency is highly advantageous
* Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
