Your tasks
7. Ensuring the documentation and distribution of project-relevant information in naval shipbuilding
8. Preparation, implementation and follow-up of status and coordination meetings
9. Preparation of project reports and status presentations
10. Supporting interface partners by participating in cross-functional working groups, including action tracking
11. Coordination of engineering deviations and derivation of corrective measures
12. Coordination of deadlines for engineering delivery items
13. Checking the plausibility of content and calculations, including the creation and coordination of calculation boundary conditions
14. Participation in concept development and further development of key figures for the evaluation of engineering processes
15. Identification of improvement potential, development of solution approaches and their implementation
16. Optimization of internal processes as a lean multiplier and coordination with other departments
17. Supporting the risk process in engineering
Your profile
18. Successfully completed technical studies or a comparable qualification
19. Several years of professional experience in mechanical/plant engineering, ideally in naval shipbuilding
20. Good knowledge of the process of construction activities
21. Ideally project management knowledge (e.g. IPMA) or project management experience
22. Confident handling of MS Office and databases
23. Good written and spoken English skills
24. Commercial thinking and acting
25. Structured and analytical way of working
26. High sense of responsibility and very good time management skills
27. Strong communication skills, assertiveness and negotiation skills
28. Working time model: 35 hours/week
