Key Responsibilities:
* Administrative Support: Manage document production, filing, billing, expense processing, and electronic time recording for lawyers. Ensure accuracy and efficiency in all administrative tasks.
* Diary and Meeting Management: Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and organize travel arrangements to ensure smooth communication between team members and clients.
* Reception and Guest Services: Provide a professional and welcoming experience for clients and visitors, manage access control, and assist with conference room and audio/visual setup to create a positive first impression.
* Event Coordination and Ad Hoc Projects: Support internal and external events, arrange catering, and assist with office projects to enhance team collaboration and productivity.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
* Relevant experience in legal or corporate administrative support is essential.
* Fluency in French and English; additional languages are a plus to expand your skill set.
