Internship duration: Project scope and deliverables:
Administer and maintain content within the content management system (CMS)
Coordinate content review processes and facilitate stakeholder collaboration
Support development of sustainable digital content strategy for internal and external channels
Enhanced digital presence, streamlined content workflows, and improved team productivity
Directly supports customer-facing content that enhances SAP Experience Centers' visibility
Improves content quality and consistency through systematic review processes
Accelerates content production timelines by coordinating stakeholder inputs

Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
~ Bachelor or Master student in Business Informatics (preferred), Computer Science, Business Management, Business Administration, or International Management.
Experience (academic or practical) in managing projects or workstreams from start to finish
Interest in software, applications, business processes, data management
Essential: MS Power Point (executive-ready presentations & conceptual decks) and MS Excel (tracking, reporting, basic data analysis)
Basic understanding of Content Management System Usage
Experience with collaboration tools (Mural, MS Teams, SharePoint), basic understanding of project management tools or methodologies, familiarity with SAP solutions or enterprise software environments
Business English mandatory and German as a big plus

You’ll be joining the Experience Content & Labs team, the creative force behind the content, strategy, and continuous evolution of these centers. We shape impactful customer journeys and bring SAP’s innovations to life. We're looking for enthusiastic team players who are excited to support customer engagements, help prepare inspiring meeting experiences, and contribute to the development of new use cases that demonstrate the real value of SAP technology.
