They should be confident navigating complex interpersonal dynamics, positioning opportunities in ways that generate interest, and using both traditional and innovative routes to gain access to key contacts.What We OfferA permanent employment in a fast growing and energetic company looking to shake up the Space Industry.Highly competitive salary package.30 days of paid annual leave, plus the ESOC holidays (14 extra days).Relocation support.Tasks And ResponsibilitiesCoordinate the bidding service team as well as the supporting technical experts to plan, prepare, write and submit proposals.Be responsible and accountable for the success of quality bid preparations and submissions in due time, in particular ensuring that complex technical concepts are written clearly and comprehensively.Support the business development team in identifying project milestones and customer needs.Support the development of innovative products and services.Develop and maintain a network of relationships with potential customers and partners to anticipate future needs and maintain active projects.Identify new market opportunities in collaboration with external partners to gain or improve stakeholder relationships and secure new business contracts.Ensure the overall performance of assigned projects from a financial, technical, contractual, and customer satisfaction standpoint.Ensure that all projects are supported with the appropriate Service Level Manager and expert team with sufficient level of planning and organization (kick‑off meeting, follow‑on service review meetings) and are self‑sustaining.Ensure that all projects are accurately documented and coordinate with all other functional areas (accounting, legal, sales, technical).Carry out market and competition analysis.Promote the company by participating in marketing activities, trade fair participation and conferences.Report on activities and strategic planning.The Ideal CandidateExcellent command of English, with proven written ability. A working knowledge of German language would be an advantage.Ability to write concise professional service proposals on complex and highly technical matters.Capacity to work in parallel on a high number of tasks in an orderly and disciplined manner.Knowledge of the Space industry and/or Service industry.University degree, or proven ability to perform the tasks commensurate with such a formal academic qualification.Business acumen with experience of budget responsibility and business plans.Ability to motivate and influence internal and external stakeholders to bring a project to successful completion.Excellent interpersonal skills.Able to manage high‑pressure situations in a professional and timely manner.PC literacy, especially with the Office 365 suite.Apply NowAre you up to the challenge of a new opportunity to evolve your career?Come and meet us or send your CV to: jonothan.mackay@exostaff.deMaximum file size: 5 MB #J-18808-Ljbffr
