About the Job:

* Completed technical or commercial vocational training
* Relevant experience, preferably in the field of wholesale or construction
* Thorough knowledge of the procurement market
* Familiarity with a calculation software is desirable
* A high level of self-responsibility
* Knowledge of current MS-Office applications

Your Tasks:

* Evaluation of bids with the calculation manager
* Clarification of technical details with suppliers and subcontractors
* Sourcing of suppliers as well as evaluation and assessment of suppliers and subcontractors
* Preparation and execution of calculations according to target specifications
* Calculation of materials and assembly times, subcontractors and services for the trades heating, cooling, ventilation and sanitation
* Analysis of the procurement market
