Your tasks
In this position
* You are the first point of contact for our users - on site and by phone - and use your expertise to provide fast and solution-oriented help in everyday IT work
* You play an important role in the IT support process: you categorize tickets in the central ticket system, taking into account the ITIL-based IT processes and their prioritization
* You create and continuously develop user documentation. Through improvement, adaptation and new ideas, you ensure that our users always receive the best possible support
* You look after our presentation and event technology and ensure that everything runs smoothly - from the technology in the meeting room to large-scale events
* You are actively involved in IT projects
* You work closely with external partners (SaaS, managed services, system houses) and maintain clear, comprehensible IT documentation
* Together with the team, you keep our diverse IT landscape running. This includes: Microsoft Windows servers/services (M365 and on-prem), Linux systems, database applications, VMware infrastructure, Microsoft Azure and AVD, storage solutions (e.g. DataCore) and backup systems (Veeam, Microsoft)
Your profile
* In addition to a completed apprenticeship as an IT specialist (m/f/d) (or equivalent), you already have experience in user and IT support - ideally in the Microsoft environment - and are familiar with the support of M365 environments
* Ideally, you have already worked according to ITIL and feel comfortable in heterogeneous IT landscapes
* Terms such as Microsoft 365, PowerShell, Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Windows Server and Linux are tools you are comfortable with
* You have strong problem-solving and analytical skills as well as a high level of quality awareness
* You are enthusiastic about technology and quickly familiarize yourself with new IT areas
* No matter what the topic, technical or not - you live & love the idea of service and adapt to your counterpart
