On behalf of our client - a globally renowned and trend-setting brand in the fashion/lifestyle industry - we are seeking an inspiring leader to take charge of their Hannover store.

Your Responsibilities:

* Operational and strategic leadership of the store
* Leading, developing, and motivating your team
* Ensuring an outstanding customer experience and strong store performance
* Managing key KPIs (conversion rate, revenue, UPT, etc.)
* Overseeing visual merchandising and stock management
* Full budget responsibility including cost and staff planning
* Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
* Representing the brand in an inspiring and authentic way on the shop floor

Your Profile

* Passion for fashion, lifestyle, and iconic brands
* Experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager - ideally in fashion, footwear, or lifestyle retail
* Strong leadership skills and a collaborative mindset
* Hands-on, well-organized, and KPI-driven
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Comfortable working with digital tools (e.g. scheduling software, POS systems, MS Office)
* Driven, proactive, and genuinely enthusiastic about what you do
