We're seeking a talented IT professional to join our team and contribute to the smooth operation of our core banking system, T24.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide timely and effective support for daily incident handling and service requests related to T24.
* Shadow experienced team members and assist with payment operations tasks.
* Help maintain and update internal documentation and support materials.
* Contribute to monitoring Close of Business (COB) batch jobs and related processes.
* Support the Application Support team in ongoing initiatives and improvement projects.
Requirements:
* A degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
* Excellent technical skills, including proficiency in SQL and ability to learn new programs quickly.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential issues with care.
* A basic understanding of DevOps principles and a willingness to learn more.
* Cultural awareness and adaptability, with a curious and open-minded approach.
* Fluency in English, with additional languages a plus.
