Customer Service Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager to join our team in Böblingen. This role offers opportunities for growth and development, making it an ideal position for individuals looking to advance their careers.


Your Responsibilities:

* Lead a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
* Support customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner.
* Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity within the Contact Center.
* Audit compliance with established requirements for Call Center processes to ensure adherence to quality standards.


Your Qualifications:

* Commercial degree or industrial apprenticeship
* Excellent management skills with ability to motivate and inspire team members
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and Word
* Strong communication skills in German and English (written and verbal)
