My client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Principal Digital IC Design Engineer to join their innovative team in Munich. Responsibilities Contributing significantly to the IP strategy in the field of digital design Collaborating with a team responsible for infrastructure, methodology, and automation for IP concept, design, and verification Facilitating and encouraging innovation across boundaries, both within and outside the IP design organisation Observing and proactively acting on external and internal trends to drive advancements Coaching and challenging new ideas, balancing risks and opportunities, and driving informed decisions Engaging effectively with engineers, senior managers, and senior technical leadership to align on goals and strategies Qualifications A University Degree in a relevant field At least 15 years of relevant experience in digital IP design.
