Vehicle Sales Consultant

Sell new or used vehicles to commercial customers at a profit, ensuring customer satisfaction and dealership goals are met.

Key Responsibilities:

* Determine make, type, and quality of vehicle desired by the customer
* Explain features and demonstrate operation of vehicle in showroom or on road
* Suggest optional equipment for customer to purchase
* Compute and quote sales price, including tax, trade-in allowance, and discount
* Complete paperwork accompanying vehicle sales
* Arrange for delivery and registration of vehicle
* Research availability of models and optional equipment
* Maintain relationships with existing customers
* Foster business growth through development and engagement
* Meet sales targets
* Record all hours worked accurately in company timekeeping system

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Prior sales and/or customer service experience
* Valid Driver's License
* Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products
* Ability to understand and follow instructions
* Ability to communicate effectively with customers and company personnel
