What you´ll do
* Become part of Henkel Adhesive Technologies’ Global Incentives Controlling Team, act as the main contact person for internal stakeholders and ensure compliance with overall Incentives policies and procedures
* Collaborate with HR, Functions, and Business Unit Controlling to manage the quarterly provisioning process
* Actively engage in target setting and achievement discussions with our top management
* Develop reports and perform analyses throughout both target-setting and achievement stages as well as on an ad-hoc basis
* Offer financial insights by running quarterly simulations and scenario modeling related to target results
* Play an active role in enhancing concepts, processes and tools supporting incentive schemes at Henkel Adhesive Technologies
* Supervise and support activities connected to GBS+ (Global Business Solutions) related project activities
What makes you a good fit
* Strong Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
* Preferably 3–5 years of relevant experience in Controlling
* Advanced skills in MS Office (such as Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI)
* Experience with data processing and analysis; familiarity with software like Python or KNIME is a plus
* Strong analytical, communication, and presentation abilities
* Highly motivated, team-oriented person with a distinct ‘Can-Do’ attitude
* Fluent English language skills are essential, German is a plus
